These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all contracts for the creation and delivery of individualized astrological relationship horoscopes concluded between M. Hartmann (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") via the website matchlytix.com.

The subject matter of the contract is the creation of an individualized astrological relationship horoscope based on birth data provided by the customer for both partners, and the delivery of the horoscope as a PDF document by email.
The relationship horoscope includes:
(1) The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By completing and submitting the order form, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.
(3) The customer is redirected to payment via the Stripe payment service provider. The contract is concluded upon successful payment.
(4) The legally authoritative contract language is German.
(1) The price for an individualized relationship horoscope is EUR 14.90 (fourteen euros and ninety cents).
(2) As a small business pursuant to Section 19 UStG, VAT is not shown. The stated price is a final price.
(3) Payment is processed via the external payment provider Stripe. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply.

(5) After successful payment, you receive a purchase confirmation by email. An invoice is not generated automatically, but can be requested by email.
(1) Delivery is made exclusively in digital form as a PDF document by email to the email address provided by the customer.
(2) Delivery usually takes place within 5 minutes after successful payment.
(3) The customer is obliged to provide a valid email address and ensure that receipt of emails is not prevented by technical settings (for example spam filters).
(4) In case of technical issues or non-delivery within 24 hours after payment, the customer may contact the provider by email.
(1) The provider warrants that the delivered PDF document is technically correct and readable.
(2) In case of justified defects (for example corrupted PDF or incorrect calculation due to provider input error), the customer may request correction within 14 days after receipt.
(3) Astrological interpretations and analyses are subjective in nature. The provider does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or applicability of astrological statements to the customer's individual situation.
(1) The provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(2) In all other respects, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(3) The astrological relationship horoscope is intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not replace professional relationship counseling, psychological support, or therapy. The provider is not liable for decisions made based on the horoscope.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Information about withdrawal rights can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
Important notice: For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire early if the service has been fully performed and the customer has explicitly agreed that execution starts before expiry of the withdrawal period. By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to this early performance.
(1) The delivered relationship horoscope (PDF document) is protected by copyright.
(2) The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for private, non-commercial purposes.
(3) Sharing, reproduction, publication, or commercial use of the horoscope without explicit written consent of the provider is prohibited.
The provider treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Important: All data collected during the order process is automatically deleted immediately after successful creation and delivery of the PDF.
The provider reserves the right to exclude customers from using the website in case of abusive use or violation of these T&C.
The provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes are published on the website and apply to all contracts concluded after publication.
The relationship horoscopes offered are based on traditional astrological principles and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not represent scientifically validated analysis.
Astrology is not an exact science. Interpretations and statements in the horoscope are general in nature and cannot consider all individual circumstances.
Customers are advised not to use the horoscope as the sole basis for major life decisions and that it does not replace professional advice.
Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
