Information on the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Important notice:
Your right of withdrawal expires early if delivery of the digital content (relationship horoscope PDF) has been fully performed and you expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires.
By placing an order via our form, you explicitly agree that we begin creating and delivering your relationship horoscope immediately after payment is received. Once you receive the PDF by email, withdrawal is no longer possible.
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for the following contracts:
Concretely, this means: once the relationship horoscope PDF has been created and sent by email, withdrawal is no longer possible because the service has been fully provided.

Withdrawal is no longer possible once:
Since creation and delivery of the PDF usually occurs within 5 minutes, your right of withdrawal effectively expires immediately after ordering.
If you are entitled to withdraw (for example if technical issues prevented delivery), we refund the full purchase price of EUR 14.90 via Stripe.
